Updates for Families Week of 9/26/22




  • ​Important School Information


  • NO SCHOOL on Monday, September 26 and Tuesday, September 27-ROSH HASHANAH

  • Doors open at 7:58 am

  • School begins at 8:00 am

  • Late passes will be issued once doors are closed and must enter through the main entrance


  • Breakfast program opens at 7:45 am no earlier. Enter through the main entrance


  • We do NEED families to complete and submit an Online Lunch Application which helps our school receive funding for programs. School Food Application link: https://www.myschoolapps.com Paper forms will be back packed home this week.


  • New York City Schools Account(NYCSA)

  • Access your child/children's grade, assessment, attendance.

  • Please email Ms. Lucy to obtain a creation code required to create the NYCSA.

  • Immunization Requirements

  • As per NYC DOE Department of Health, if your child/children are not up to date with their required immunizations, your child/ children will not be able to attend school. In the coming weeks, letters will be backpack home to those children who are missing the required immunizations. Please see the attached health form to be completed by your pediatrician.


  • Blue Cards

  • Please return the blue cards that were sent home to your child/children's teachers. If you move or change your phone numbers, please email Ms. Lucy 2 proofs of address and a pic ID with your child/children's name and classroom. We will issue you new blue cards to update your contact information.


  • PS 100 PTA

  • Next week our wonderful-hardworking PTA will be sending home donation appeal letters. Please support our PTA who seek to provide wonderful activities for our students.
