Updates for Families-Week of 10/31/22
Important School Information
Doors open at 7:58 am
School begins at 8:00 am
Late Passes will be issued once doors are closed and must enter through the main entrance.
Breakfast Program opens at 7:45 am NO EARLIER. Enter through the main entrance.
We do NEED families to complete and submit an Online Lunch Application which helps our school receive funding for programs. School Food Application Link: https://www.myschoolapps.com
New York City Schools Account(NYCSA)-Access your child/children's grade, assessment, attendance, and etc. Please email Ms. Lucy to obtain a creation code required to create the account.
Immunization Requirements-As per NYC DOE Department of Health, ONLY children who are not up to date with their required immunizations will not be able to attend school as of 11/7/22.
Letters have been backpacked home to those children who are missing the required immunizations.
Blue Cards-It is IMPERATIVE all blue cards must be returned to your child's teacher. If you moved or change any contact information, please email Ms. Lucy to update the contact information on our ATS.

Halloween Parade Monday, October 31-Grades Prek-3rdwill participate in the Halloween parade. Details forthcoming.
Grades PreK and Kindergarten - 9:00 am
Grade 2 - 9:30 am
Grade 1 - 10:00 am
Grade 3 - 10:30 am
Halloween Day- All grades will be allowed to wear costumes. Please ensure your child/children are able to move safely and independently in their costumes.
Virtual Parent-Teacher Conference-Thursday, November 3--Half Day 11:20 am Dismissal.
Conferences session is as follows:
Session I - 12:20 pm - 2:20 pm
Session II - 4:30pm - 7:30 pm
Both sessions are Virtual. Please set up an appointment with your child's teacher
Grade 5 Families Only- Middle School Admission Application has opened. On Tuesday, 10/25/22, Welcome Letters were mailed out to your home address by the NYC DOE Admission.
Ms. Lucy backpacked Welcome Letters on Wednesday, 10/26/22.
If you need assistance in the Middle School application process, please email Ms. Lucy to schedule an appointment.
Booklets were backpacked home on Middle School Admission process. The link below contains the same information that was sent home in the booklets.
