Updates for Families-Week of 10/17/22
I would like to update you that I have accepted the position as Pupil Accounting Secretary at PS 100, which involves registration and immunization, among other duties. Though I resigned as Parent Coordinator, I will do my best to assist you until the Parent Coordinator position is filled. I have enjoyed working with all of my PS 100 families and am so grateful for your support and encouragement over the years as your Parent Coordinator. Thank you for your deep commitment and belief in me.

New York City Schools Account(NYCSA)-Access your child/children's grade, assessment, attendance, and etc. Please email Ms. Lucy to obtain a creation code required to create the account.
Immunization Requirements-As perNYC DOE Department of Health, if your child/children are not up to date with their required immunizations, your child/children will not be able to attend school. In the coming weeks, letters will be backpack home to those children who are missing the required immunizations. Please see the attached healthform to be completed by your pediatrician.
Blue Cards-It is IMPERATIVE all blue cards must be returned to your child's teacher. If you moved or change any contact information, please contact Ms. Lucy to update the contact information on our ATS.

Grade 5 Families Only- Middle School Admission Process-The middle school application will open on October 26, and the deadline to apply is December 1. Students will receive offers in April.Creation Codes will be mailed out to your home prior to October 26.The Middle School Admission will provide me access to the creation codes once they are mailed out. Until then, I do not have the codes. Last week, booklets were backpacked home on Middle School Admission process. The link below contains the same information that was sent home in the booklets.
