Updated: Feb 14, 2022
Dear PS 100 Families:
P.S. 100 School Community is coming together with schools citywide to promote RESPECT FOR ALL WEEK, February 14th-18th. Our focus here at P.S. 100 is to build an inclusive & stronger School Community. During this week, we will continue to promote tolerance, respect for all individuals, bullying prevention and remind everyone of the overall meaning of kindness with activities planned to highlight the richness of our school’s cultural diversity and the desire for respect.
It is the policy of the NYC Department of Education to maintain a safe and supportive learning and educational environment that is free from harassment, intimidation and/or bullying committed by students against other students and discrimination by students against other students on account of actual or perceived race, color, creed, ethnicity, national origin, citizenship/immigration status, religion, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, disability or weight. (Chancellor’s Regulation A-832).
Please see the schedule below for the activities planned to deepen and enhance student understanding as well as highlight RESPECT FOR ALL WEEK!
